6.3 Brokerage Fees

Our brokerage fees and commission structure will be communicated clearly before any transaction. Fees are payable only upon successful completion of the transaction as mutually agreed.

7. Home Loan Assistance — Special Terms

We assist in connecting you with banks and financial institutions
We do NOT guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or loan amounts
Bank decisions on loan applications are entirely at their discretion
We are NOT responsible for loan rejections or changes in bank policies
Any financial information you share with us for loan processing will be handled confidentially

8. Property Registration — Special Terms

We assist in the documentation and coordination process only
All registry fees, stamp duty, and government charges are payable by the client
Registration timelines depend on government offices and are beyond our control
