All property transactions are between the buyer/tenant and the property owner directly. Rudrapur Property facilitates introductions and negotiations but is not a party to the final property agreement.

6.3 Brokerage Fees

Our brokerage fees and commission structure will be communicated clearly before any transaction. Fees are payable only upon successful completion of the transaction as mutually agreed.


7. Home Loan Assistance — Special Terms

  • We assist in connecting you with banks and financial institutions
  • We do NOT guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or loan amounts
  • Bank decisions on loan applications are entirely at their discretion
  • We are NOT responsible for loan rejections or changes in bank policies
  • Any financial information you share with us for loan processing will be handled confidentially

8. Property Registration — Special Terms

  • We assist in the documentation and coordination process only
  • All registry fees, stamp duty, and government charges are payable by the client
  • Registration timelines depend on government offices and are beyond our control

  • We are NOT responsible for any delays caused by government offices or third parties
